Built at the end of the 19th century, the Saint-Ouen-sous-Brachy mill now houses the Capron Flourmill.
The family has lived here, near the Saâne, since 1921 to grow wheat. For 5 generations, it has therefore been committed to offering quality flour.
The flourmill has not used hydropower since 1921 and has therefore seen its craft evolving.
Today, a renowned flour is available since it is here that the Cybèle baguette, a 100% Norman baguette, began its history!
