Catherine Hennebert produces apple juice from a blend of five cider apple varieties to produce a distinctive, fruity, slightly sweet product with a freshness in the mouth appreciated by the Normans.
The orchard is located on her farm in Les Cent Acres. The high stem apple trees, protected by the clos masure, are grown without pesticides. 2018 is the year of organic certification.
